Yes we do! We refer to it as our design studio. As we do not have all our entire inventory on display but we can setup table scapes so you can get a visual of your desired setup. Large rental items may not be viewed in our studio as space does not permit. But we can show you the product through photos.

Yes! Majority of our rentals are delivery only. Standard delivery is done Monday-Friday 8-5PM (Delivery fees vary by city). On peak weekends and Holidays our delivery/Pickup service hours will extend. Saturday & Sunday delivery/pickup is available upon request for an additional fee.
We are located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We service all of Southern California and even go out to the greater Las Vegas areas by request. Our primary service areas are:

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. For small orders we may be able to accommodate a week in advance but items are subject to availability. For Peak season and holidays we recommend booking 1-3 Months in advance. (Spring, Graduations, Fall Wedding season, etc.)

This will take a bit longer but for more elaborate events we need to gather a bit more info before we can quote properly.

Yes, we require a non refundable deposit to secure your rentals for your date.
25% non refundable deposit for orders under $500.00
50% non refundable deposit for orders over $500.00
You can cancel your order up to 2 days before your delivery date to receive a full raincheck that you can use to reschedule your event at a later date or place an entirely new order. Your credit is linked to the email you place your order with.
Any orders canceled 1 day before or on your delivery day will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All rentals are final once they have been delivered and no credit will apply if you no longer need the rentals.
Yes, changes are subject to approval and availability. Order changes can be done up to 7 days prior to your event date. Custom items or special ordered items can not be taken off an order once placed.
Yes, travel fees very by city. Once you add items to your cart you can select your city and it will show you your travel fee.
Rentals are delivered between 8-5 PM. Your driver will call before they arrive for delivery. No one has to be there at the time of delivery as long as we can leave the rentals in a secured location.
We have multiple delivery options to fit your needs.
Flex Delivery
We will deliver 1-2 business days before your event.
Example: If your event is on Saturday we would deliver Thursday or Friday. If your event is on Sunday we will also deliver Thursday or Friday as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Standard Delivery
We will deliver 1 business day before your event.
Example: If your event is on Saturday we will deliver on Friday. If your event is on Sunday we will also deliver on Friday as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Same Day Delivery
We will deliver the rentals the same day as your event. If your event lands on a Saturday or Sunday an additional fee will apply.
We ask that you make sure there is a clear path to and from the delivery location as least 30 inches wide.
If there are any steps please let our office know as we may not be able to take some items up stairs or there may be an additional fee.
All animals must be removed from the delivery location for the safety of our drivers
If items are getting dropped off on grass the sprinklers must be turned off during the duration the rentals are in your possession.
Your balance must be paid and contract signed before we can add your order to a delivery route.
Although it is not required our team always appreciates the generosity for their hard work.
